Nominations for SSH Board of Directors Now Open! The SSH's Nominations Committee is seeking nominations of individuals to serve in open leadership positions in the Society. You may self nominate or be nominated by another individual. Available positions are for the offices of: President-elect (Officer Position) Secretary (Officer Position) At-large Board of Director position
Nominees for leadership positions must be current registered members of the Society for 2 years. Individuals running for an officer position must have served in a leadership role of SSH for one year. Time commitments and support services for each position may differ, but are typically from 10-20 hours per month. If you are interested in any position, please send, IN ONE EMAIL, by August 31: Your CV / Biosketch (3 pages or less - may use but are not required to use NIH format - see sample attached), A short (300 words or less) statement of interest in simulation and why you want to serve, Read and complete the (attached) Conflict Of Interest policy and form A current photo of you that will be used for the election process and the website should you be elected. Forward these items, in one email to: bonnie@ssih.org NO LATER than August, 31, 2010.
