SSH Conferences: Something for Everyone!
SSH Offers 2nd SimOps in Greenville, South Carolina
SSH is sponsoring the second of what is now an annual regional education conference, SimOps 2016. Focused on the professional development of practitioners working in the management of simulation operations, SimOps is designed to help improve efficiency, teamwork and communication for the entire healthcare simulation team through the lens of effective and efficient operational management.
This year’s event is July 21 – 22, 2016 in Greenville, South Carolina, at the Greenville Healthcare Simulation Center. This SSH-accredited center offers state-of-the-art facilities, and promises to support a rich and unique learning experience. More than 200 attendees are anticipated.
The theme for this year’s meeting is Elevate, Collaborate and Inspire. Attendees can expect to collaborate with peers in hands-on workshops, elevate leadership skills, and be inspired to implement new ideas and best practices. The Planning Committee hopes attendees will find their experience one in which relationships are built and stories shared to help enrich the practice of healthcare simulation.
The program for SimOps 2016 is being designed in five key content areas:
- Operational Management
- Professional development
- Scenario development
- Scenario set-up and breakdown
