It is hard to believe that we are just three short months from seeing many of you in Orlando for IMSH 2025! 

Early Bird rates will be ending next week on Friday, Oct. 18!  Keep in mind that you have 30 days from your invoice date to pay – lock in this rate today before they increase.

There are so many exciting events happening this year at the 25^th Anniversary of this meeting.  One of the top reasons attendees keep coming back to IMSH year after year is for the vast networking opportunities that are available.  We will once again be hosting the IMSH Connections event this year!  Whether this is your very first IMSH, or if you have been attending for the past 25 years, we would love to have you join!  It is a great opportunity for those who have a lot of experience at our meeting to be able to share tips and tricks with those who may not have attended previously.  There will be many opportunities to connect with others and continue the conversations after IMSH.  You can sign up to attend through your IMSH registration.

The SSH Section, SIG and Affinity Groups have grown tremendously over this past year.  We now have over 40 of these groups focused on different specialty areas of simulation.  I would encourage everyone to attend at least one of these group meetings at IMSH this year.  You will be able to share ideas with others who may be working in a similar environment facing challenges that you have already been through.
