As the cooler days of autumn settle in, many of us are left wondering where summer has gone.

Here in the upper Midwest, the trees are showing off their vibrant fall colors, and at SSH, we’re in full swing, preparing for the IMSH 2025 annual meeting.

What better way to escape winter than by spending several days in Orlando with colleagues, fellow simulation professionals, and new acquaintances at IMSH 2025? With registration and housing already tracking ahead of last year’s record-setting meeting and the exhibit hall sold out with a waiting list*, all signs point to IMSH’s 25th Anniversary being a truly unforgettable event. So, join us and REGISTER by October 18 to secure the early bird discount!

*EXHIBITORS! We are hosting a special IMSH 2025 Exhibitor Q&A for you with Olivia Fleenor, on Oct. 25, 12-1 p.m. Eastern! Register here.

Orlando is ready* and excited to welcome us for our 25th Anniversary celebration! Beyond cutting-edge education and dynamic speakers on the Main Stage, the exhibit hall will be the place to be when you’re not attending courses. The hall will be buzzing with innovation, showcasing the latest technology and offering valuable opportunities for face-to-face interactions with industry leaders, as well as insights into the rapidly evolving field of healthcare simulation.

*We’d like to take a moment to acknowledge the recent devastation caused by Hurricanes Helene and Milton across Florida and the Southeastern United States. Despite those challenges, the resilience of Floridians has shone through, and as the top travel destination in the U.S., Orlando’s commitment to safety is paramount. Thanks to the city’s robust public and private infrastructure, the region has swiftly resumed operations. Most businesses rebounded quickly, and Orlando's major theme parks, the Orange County Convention Center, and the airport all resumed normal operations as of Friday, October 11.

In addition to the largest exhibition dedicated to simulation in healthcare, this year’s hall has been designed to offer ample opportunities to visit and revisit exhibitors. Along with world-class exhibits from industry leaders, we’re excited to introduce the What’s New in Sim Showcase, Theatre Presentations, and beloved event mainstays like Poster Presentations, SimVentors, the IMSH Press Box, and more. Be sure to enjoy complimentary lunches on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, along with fun events like the first-ever IMSH Cornhole Tournament (all proceeds supporting the SSH Fund!) and the Grand Opening Happy Hour on Saturday afternoon.

With all these activities, the Exhibit Hall is where you’ll want to spend much of your time. Support the exhibitors and sponsors who help keep our programs running and our prices affordable. Take advantage of the networking opportunities over lunch, meet new people, and enjoy some fun along the way.

We look forward to welcoming you to sunny Orlando from January 10–14 for the 25th Silver Anniversary of IMSH 2025!
