OVERVIEW: Throughout this workshop, we will discuss our experiences developing steps/ what we are using to improve our simulation center and program post accreditation. We received accreditation in September 2020 and are working through our short and long-term plans to improve our simulation center through updates and quality improvement opportunities. REGISTER
OBJECTIVES:
- Evaluate their final feedback report from accreditation and understand how to address the opportunities, concerns, and vulnerabilities of their simulation center
- Create both a short-term and long-term plan to improve their simulation center
- Identify what is needed to make the improvements that are identified (quality improvement)
