Here in the upper Midwest, trees are showing colorful dresses, which means September, which means …  IMSH 2024 registration is OPEN!

That also means the SSH office is swinging into full annual meeting mode. 

IMSH 2024 is going to be AMAZING!

Nearly everyone I’ve talked with recently has commented on how fast this year is moving.

Stores are full of back-to-school sales, parents are getting ready to drop their newly minted ‘adult’ college bound offspring (along with some tears, I’m sure), and gardeners are harvesting their bounty and planning for next summer’s planting.

And, at SSH, we are celebrating the completion of a successful SimOps2023 with great attendance numbers and exhibit hall experience. Eighteen companies provided hands on experience to SimOps professionals.

A quick hello and first off … the IMSH 2024 Call for Content has closed!

Thanks, everyone, who submitted content to present at IMSH. Your submissions are now under review and notification letters will be issued via email in September later this year.

Recently, I’ve been reflecting on just how truly amazing so many recently released AI tools are proving to be.

It is terrifically exciting what they (and the speed of AI innovation) might mean for all parts of life — healthcare, obviously, already is feeling that — sooner rather than later. Count me in! In the meantime, exciting things are happening NOW in both SSH and the world of healthcare simulation, and we want to make sure you're in the loop. So, some updates!
