Every year, the SSH Fund puts real dollars behind the people and ideas moving this field forward:
- Beverlee Anderson Scholarship Fund — sends simulation professionals to IMSH who couldn't otherwise afford to attend
- Research Awards — fund early-career and multi-institutional research that answers the questions your program has been asking for years
- Chad Epps Memorial Lecture — opens IMSH each year in memory of a leader this field lost too soon
- SimVentors Awards — recognize the tools your peers are building right now, from task trainers to AI-powered training platforms
That's what the SSH Fund builds. It's built entirely by people like you.
So, from now through September 18, the last day of Healthcare Simulation Week (Sept. 14-18), your gift builds twice as fast. Every donation — first donation or tenth, $25 or $2,500 — is matched dollar-for-dollar, up to $150,000, approved by the SSH Board.
Your $25 gift becomes $50. Your $100 gift becomes $200. This is the largest match the Board of Directors, SSH Development Committee, and the SSH Fund has ever offered.
We're humbled and honored to tell you that Elevate Healthcare kicked it off with a challenge to the entire Corporate Roundtable to match their donation. The Board is asking the same of you.

"At Elevate Healthcare, we exist to make the world safer, healthier, and more productive — and that mission doesn't stop at our own products,' said Brian Truesdale, President and CEO of Elevate Healthcare. 'The research, training, and scholarship the SSH Fund supports are the same things that make simulation-based education work in the first place. We're making this donation because we believe in that mission, and we're calling on our fellow Corporate Roundtable members and individual donors to join us at whatever level they can."
