Fall is just around the corner, and you know what that means, IMSH 2026 notifications and registration will be announced soon in addition to our fall educational offerings.

Mark your calendars and start your travel planning now to attend IMSH 2026, January 10–14, in San Antonio, Texas! After receiving over 1,300 incredible submissions to be considered for presentation at IMSH 2026 we are finalizing the content that will be accepted to present at IMSH 2026.
We always want to include everything that is submitted but we simply don’t have space to accept everyone. If you submitted to present at IMSH 2026 please keep an eye out for your notification email and registration information the week of September 8.
Don’t forget that applications are now being accepted for IMSH 2026 scholarships, nominations for "Of The Year" Awards, and our open Calls for Service. If you are interested in applying for any of these be sure to check the submission deadlines as they are coming soon.
EDUCATIONAL OFFERINGS COMING THIS FALL
Registration is open for our October Best Practices Workshop cohort. This course is a partnership program of the Association of SP Educators (ASPE), the Society for Simulation in Healthcare (SSH), and the International Nursing Association for Clinical Simulation and Learning (INACSL), and is designed to help healthcare simulation educators improve the quality of their healthcare simulation programs and advance their professional development.
Registration is available for our September & October CORE & TEACHING Accreditation Courses. Join one of these online cohorts for help in learning the essential standards required for a successful accreditation application. Course participants will earn 7.0 IPCE while working with our facilitators will help you develop a plan to address your organization’s areas of strengths/weaknesses and help guide your self-study development process.
CHSOS Online Courses
While our CHSE fall cohort is SOLD OUT, we do still have space available in our CHSOS cohort. Register today to claim one of these limited spots. These cohorts are led by experienced simulation experts who will help you build your core knowledge of simulation principles and practice. The program will also allow you to earn 7.0 IPCE hours as well as test your knowledge by including a practice exam ($75 value) with your registration.
Weekly Sim Series Webinars
Join us Mondays at 2 p.m. ET for 1-hour webinars on simulation topics that are facilitated by your peers in the simulation community.
If needed, you can claim 1.0 IPCE hour for each Sim Series Webinar you attend, all you have to do is pay the discounted membership fee in the Online Learning Center and complete the evaluation. If you or your simulation program are interested in facilitating a Sim Series webinar, we still have dates available later this year.
