HARRISON, OHIO (Feb. 12, 2025) – The Society for Simulation in Healthcare proudly welcomed its newest Affiliates during a signing ceremony at IMSH 2025.

With the addition of Morocco Sim, Sociedad Dominicana de Simulación Clínica (SODOSICLI), the Ukrainian Association for Simulation in Healthcare (UASHC), Directors of Clinical Skills Education (DOCS), and the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society (HFES), SSH now lays claim to 41 current affiliates that have taken a key step toward showing their commitment to advancing healthcare simulation and strengthening the global simulation community.

SSH Affiliates gain access to a robust set of benefits designed to foster collaboration, increase visibility, and provide valuable professional development opportunities. Affiliate organizations receive representation on the SSH Affiliation Sub-Committee, discounted certification exams, reduced SSH membership rates, and subscriptions to the Simulation in Healthcare journal.
Additional benefits include the ability to publish abstracts in the journal, free annual meeting advertisements, and complimentary IMSH registrations for affiliate representatives. Affiliates also receive invitations to exclusive SSH events, opportunities for cross-promotion, and eligibility for SSH leadership and partnership initiatives.
