The SSH Membership Department is thrilled to announce two new Affinity Groups and one new Regional Group!

These groups have recently been approved and added to SSH’s available groups to join:

- Assessment Affinity Group
- Psychological Safety Affinity Group
- Florida Healthcare Simulation Alliance Regional Group

In order to join any of these groups, you can do so using the following steps:

1. Go to the top of the page and select “MY SSH” if you aren’t signed in.
2. Click “Manage My Account”
3. On the right-side navigation links, choose “Opt in and Out”
4. Select the groups you would like to be a part of.
5. Select the blue “Save” button at the bottom of the page, and you’re finished!

After joining through your SSH profile, please allow up to 24 hours to gain access to the group content on SimConnect.

Looking to become more involved with SSH? 

In other places, some of our groups are still seeking individuals to fill leadership roles.  Leadership within our Sections, SIGs and Affinity Groups is a fantastic first step in beginning your leadership journey with SSH.  Please note that you must be a current SSH member in order to qualify for one of these roles.

- Healthcare Systems Modeling Affinity Group - Chair and Vice Chair Role Open
- Journal Club Affinity Group - Vice Chair Role Open
- Perioperative Special Interest Group - Chair Role Open
