The SimOps 2023 Planning Team has chosen the theme, Raise YOUR Bar. And no, “YOUR” in all caps is not a typo! We want to focus on YOU! SimOps 2023 is all about your growth as a simulation operations specialist (SOS) and the vast array of professional development opportunities available to help you grow, gain new knowledge, and enhance your role. We will also spotlight the importance of simulation operations, its versatility, and the inherent leadership potential that exists when SOS “make it happen” in simulation.

Focusing on the area of Professional Development encourages everyone associated with simulation operations to consistently strive for excellence. Personal growth happens when we step out of our comfort zone and into an area where we wish to improve. This conference is geared toward helping all SOS set and achieve goals. From the novice just discovering the amazing environment in which we work to the seasoned veteran, the 2023 Planning Team is seeking content that will inspire, motivate and move SOS careers forward!

The SSH SimOps Conference offers you the latest and most innovative applications of operational technology in a team-based learning environment. Use new tools, best practices and experiential learning techniques while connecting and reconnecting with your colleagues from around the world, SimOps enables healthcare simulation professionals to advance their skills while building stronger team connections for the future.
