SimOps2024 (1)

SimOps 2024 Planning Team members Johnny Cartwright and Whitney Smith discuss SimOps 2024.

SIMOPS 2024: SOAR

"Simulation Operations: Achieve. Redefine.”, was thoughtfully selected to encapsulate our mission's core. It's a dynamic call to excel in the present while reshaping the opportunity in and around simulation operations.

"Achieve" encompasses reaching milestones and relentless pursuit of excellence. It embodies driving accomplishments, raising benchmarks, and expanding success horizons. "Achieve" prompts simulation operations specialists to leverage expertise, grasp opportunities, and realize ambitions.

"Redefine" transcends *just* execution. It signifies active innovation, unwavering practice evolution, and exploring uncharted domains. This term invites participants to redefine norms, envision new possibilities, and forge fresh paths in and for simulation operations.

Uniting "Achieve" and "Redefine" within "SOAR" conjures an image of soaring beyond limits, transcending boundaries, and reaching boundless potential. It begins to put into focus the “What comes next?” after last year’s impactful “Raise Your Bar” direction. This theme deeply resonates with SimOps 2024's drive to empower simulation operations professionals toward unprecedented achievement and collectively reshape their field's future.
