SSH SimOps 2019 is next week! Get all of the event information you need ... in ONE place!

You're registered, and it's time to dive into your SimOps experience! Let's go!

 

1. DOWNLOAD THE SSH EVENTS APP

·     Search in the iTunes App Store or on Google Play for "SSH Events".

·     For other web-enabled devices (including those listed above), click here to be automatically directed to the proper app version.

 

2. BEGIN BUILDING YOUR SCHEDULE

·     Now is the time to choose those courses you wish to attend.

·     Even though seats in our courses are first-come, first-serve, you’ll want to plan your schedule and arrive at your sessions early to secure a seat.

 

3. YOU'RE APP-READY! Now that you have the app, let's talk onsite travel. (See below.)

Traveling via Light Rail

·     Open the EVMS Map to view where the EVMC/Ft. Norfolk Light Rail Station is located.

·     Once your arrive at the station, use this map to help you get to Lester Hall.

·     Please note: It is approximately a 10-minute walk from the light rail station to Lester Hall.

 

Pre-purchased Light Rail tickets

THANK YOU for pre-purchasing your light rail tickets for SimOps.

You can pick them up upon your arrival in Norfolk, along with your SimOps attendee badge:

·     LOCATION: Norfolk Waterside Marriott Hotel

·     TIME: Wednesday, July 17, 4–7 pm (ET). (If you are unable to pick them up Wednesday, please pick them up at EVMS when you check in on Thursday morning.)

·     NOTICE: IF YOU DON'T PICK UP YOUR LIGHT RAIL TICKETS WEDNESDAY, you will need to have an alternate transportation plan for Thursday morning. No ticket = No ride!
