Hello to you all!

As we approach the International Meeting on Simulation in Healthcare in San Diego, January 20-24, 2024, I’m excited to think we’ll be on site very soon and will celebrate the newly accredited programs from 2023! Witnessing the growth and commitment to excellence within our healthcare simulation community is truly inspiring, and I'm eager to share in the success of these programs during the event.

Looking ahead to 2024, I'm even more excited about the continued growth of SSH Accredited programs. With more than 250 programs currently accredited globally, the momentum is palpable. Accreditation with SSH not only signifies a commitment to the highest standards in healthcare simulation education but also opens doors to a network of like-minded professionals, resources, and opportunities for collaboration. The benefits are substantial, fostering innovation and ensuring the delivery of quality healthcare education.

Others may try, but their accreditation standards simply don’t have the same value as SSH Accreditation.

So, as we strive for continued excellence, I invite programs to consider the advantages of SSH Accreditation. Whether seeking full or provisional accreditation, the benefits are immeasurable. Join us in advancing the field of healthcare simulation and enhancing the quality of education provided.

I encourage interested programs to apply for accreditation by the upcoming February 15 deadline, contributing to the ongoing success and growth of the simulation community. Together, we can shape the future of healthcare education and practice.
