Celebrating IMSH 2023!

It’s hard to think just three short weeks ago, IMSH 2023 was in full swing with the energy and excitement of meeting in person with a record attendance and a record exhibit hall.

We trust you had the opportunity to spend quality time in the hall with our 130+ exhibitors and especially the companies exhibiting for the first time. The hall buzzed with new innovations, processes, and technology – all focused directly on making you and your healthcare simulation program even better.

For the first time, The SSH SimVentors: Technology Experiential Area and posters shared the hall with exhibitors – making the hall the “IT” place to be anytime you were not in courses. It instantly gave the Expo Hall not just an unmatched marketplace but also a terrific educational area that provided hands-on, interactive learning for usability and practice using new learning tech!

We also hope you were able to take in more than one of the various Learning Labs hosted by SSH Corporate Roundtable members. Dedicated to professional connection and development, the Learning Labs again provided that and more. Well attended and popular, several of the FREE sessions were standing room only. The hands-on approach is a leading contributor to both the increased number of Labs available each year and their growing popularity amongst IMSH attendees.

So, what’s next? Glad you asked!

As the sun sets on IMSH 2023, work is already underway for IMSH 2024 in San Diego. The IMSH 2024 Exhibit Hall is already 65-percent sold (!). The Planning Committee already has been meeting for months and will soon focus on developing the program and identifying keynote speakers. All focus will be on spectacular San Diego.

Ah, yes… also… between now and IMSH 2024, we will feature here several of our IMSH 2024 sponsors and how their involvement in SSH and IMSH made a difference in their start and growth. Some started with a small sponsorship to get their name out there as their product was in development and not ready for exhibits. Another was a “one-person show”, having won a SimVentors award.

Who are they and where are they now? Intrigued?

Stay tuned for “TELLING THE STORY”.

And finally, a shout out and heartfelt THANK YOU for our 100+ exhibitors. Visit their websites here! And, to our industry sponsors... while most evident in the Expo Hall, exhibitor and industry sponsorship support helps SSH offer affordable education and programs, thus benefiting SSH’s mission and the members we serve.
